1) How do I return my order?

If you need to return an item from your order, please follow the steps below and ensure all requirements are met so the return process can proceed smoothly.


I. Return Eligibility Requirements #

  1. Return period
    Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
    For customers in the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, during which returns can be made without providing a reason. The cooling-off period starts from the date the product is received.
  2. Product condition
    The product must remain in its original condition as received—unused and free from wear or damage. The helmet, accessories, packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (order screenshot, receipt, etc.) must be complete and intact, and must not affect resale.
  3. Eligible purchase channels
    Returns are only accepted for products purchased through official channels (our official website or authorized distributors, excluding the Apple Store).
    Products purchased through unauthorized channels (such as third-party platforms like eBay) are not eligible for official return services.
  4. Reason for return
    • For quality-related issues (e.g. manufacturing defects or material problems), clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.
    • For non-quality-related reasons (such as personal preference or incorrect size), the product must be brand new and unused.

II. Return Process #

  1. Submit a return request
    Please email our official after-sales support at support@linked-safe.com.
    Use the subject line: “Return Request + Order Number”.
    Include the following information in the email:
    1. Order number (e.g. US#1234) and purchase date
    2. Reason for return (for quality issues, attach photos/videos of the defect and a photo of the helmet serial number)
    3. Your full name, contact phone number, and shipping address (for verification and follow-up communication)
  2. Review and confirmation
    Our after-sales team will review your request within 1–3 business days. Once approved, we will email you detailed return instructions and a return shipping label.
    • For quality-related returns, a prepaid return label will be provided.
    • For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  3. Return shipment
    Please send the product, along with all accessories and original packaging, to the designated return address following the instructions provided. Be sure to include the order number with the return so our warehouse can properly identify it.
    Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
  4. Warehouse inspection
    Once we receive the returned item, our warehouse will complete the inspection within 3–5 business days to confirm whether the product meets the return conditions.

III. Special Notes #

  1. Used helmets are not eligible for return
    Due to potential hidden issues such as material aging or internal foam damage that may compromise protective performance, we do not recommend purchasing second-hand helmets and do not accept returns for used helmets.
  2. International returns
    For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. Any risk of damage or loss during return shipping is borne by the customer.
  3. Damage during return shipping
    If the product is damaged during return due to improper packaging, it will be deemed ineligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and may return the item to you in its damaged condition, with all related shipping costs borne by the customer.
