1) Where is my refund?
If you have already returned your item but have not yet received your refund, please refer to the guidelines below to check the refund status, expected timelines, and available solutions.
I. How to Check Your Refund Status #
- Confirm return inspection status
After our warehouse receives your returned item, the inspection process is typically completed within 3–5 business days.
Once the return is approved, our after-sales team will send a refund approval email to your registered email address, which will include the estimated refund processing time. If you have not received an inspection or approval notice after 5 business days, please email our after-sales support at support@linked-safe.com with the subject line:
“Refund Status Inquiry + Order Number”
Please include your return tracking number and the date the item was shipped back so we can investigate for you. - Refund processing time
After the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method (such as credit card, or bank card) within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment platforms may require an additional 3–5 business days to complete the transfer. Actual processing times depend on the policies of the financial institution.
II. What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Refund #
- Refund not received after 15 business days
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received the funds, please contact our after-sales team by email and provide the following information:- Order number and a screenshot of the refund approval email
- Payment method used (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Payment date and the receiving account information
- Refund request rejected
If your refund request is rejected, it is usually because the returned item does not meet the return conditions (e.g. signs of wear, missing accessories, or damaged packaging).
Our after-sales team will send an email explaining the reason for rejection and outline the next steps (such as returning the item to you in its current condition, with shipping costs borne by the customer).
III. Special Notes #
- Exchange orders are not subject to the refund process. If your order is being exchanged, simply follow the exchange instructions and wait for the replacement item to be shipped.
- For international orders, refund processing times may be longer due to cross-border payment and settlement procedures. Refunds are generally completed within 10–15 business days after approval.
