If you need to reschedule the delivery of your order, you can request a change through our official support team.
Please note that delivery modifications can only be made before the order has been shipped. Once the package is dispatched, the delivery schedule cannot be changed.

“Modify Order / Reschedule Delivery + Order Number”
Your email should include:
- Order number (e.g., US#1234)
- Recipient name and contact phone number
- Original shipping address
- Preferred delivery date or time window
- Notes (any special requests or additional instructions)
3. Review & Confirmation
Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and will confirm by email whether the delivery can be rescheduled. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so we can reach you promptly.
4. Additional Notes
Orders that have already been shipped cannot have their delivery schedule modified. If your order is in transit, please contact the carrier directly.
International orders may be subject to local logistics and customs procedures, which could affect delivery timing.
Any additional shipping fees caused by rescheduling will be communicated in advance by our support team.
