Crash Replacement

一 、Service Overview

Crash Replacement is a safety support program designed for our smart cycling helmet users.
If your helmet is damaged due to an accidental impact during normal riding, you may be eligible to replace it with a brand-new helmet of the same model (or a comparable alternative) at a special discounted price.

二、Eligibility Requirements

The helmet must be purchased through official channels (official website or authorized retailers) and the request must be submitted within 12 months from the original purchase date.

The damage must result from an accidental impact related to cycling.
This service does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Intentional damage
  • Improper use
  • Normal wear and tear or aging
  • Improper storage

A complete application must include an accident description, proof of purchase, helmet serial number, and clear evidence of damage.

Each helmet is eligible for one (1) Crash Replacement only.

Replacement is limited to the same model. If unavailable, a model of similar value and performance will be provided.

三、 Application Process

Submit your application by email to support@linked-safe.com
Email subject:
“Crash Replacement + Order Number + Helmet S/N”

The email should include:

  • Personal information (name, phone number, shipping address, email)
  • Accident details (time, location, and brief description)
  • Helmet details (model, size, color, purchase date, serial number)
  • Attachments:
    • Clear photos or videos of the damaged helmet from multiple angles
    • Close-up photo of the serial number label
    • Proof of purchase (order screenshot, invoice, or receipt)

Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you via email.

If approved, you will receive:

  • A dedicated Crash Replacement discount code
  • Instructions for placing the replacement order
  • Return instructions if the damaged helmet needs to be sent back

四、Replacement & Warranty

All replacement helmets are brand new and covered by the same official warranty as standard purchases.

The warranty period starts from the shipping date of the replacement order.

The discount code is valid for 30 days and must be used within the validity period.

五、Additional Notes

For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable duties for the damaged helmet. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement helmet.

Even if the helmet shows only minor external damage, replacement is strongly recommended, as internal impact-absorbing components may be compromised and no longer provide adequate protection.
