Where is my refund?

After we receive your returned items, it may take up to 5 business days to process the return and issue your refund. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.

Refund timelines based on payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• LinkedSafe Gift Cards: Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours after approval.
